2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been processed, packaged, or shipped.

All custom synthesis, bulk chemical, or special formulation orders are non-cancellable once confirmed and payment is received. Production of custom orders begins immediately and incurs irreversible material and labor costs.
